The ages of the chieftains is an interesting enigma. They are all in a range
from very young to nearly 1000 years old. Did these men actually live to be
this old? The scriptures do not explain the nearly eternal nature of the length
of their lives except that it existed.
At the time of Noah's emergence in the scriptures, the Lord changes the age
of men. This passage of scripture is placed between the reference to "the sons
of God" taking the daughters of men... and the reference to the "giants in the
earth" taking the daughters of men and having children.
Genesis 6:1-4
"And it came to pass, when men began to multiply on the face of the earth,
and daughters were born unto them, That the sons of God saw the
daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all
which they chose.
"And the Lord said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that
he also is flesh; yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years."
"There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that,
when the sons of God came unto the daughters of men, and they
bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were
of old, men of renown."
This chart was created to view the similarities in these ages, and
in a way, to get a map of the scope of these age numbers.
I have noticed similarities to this chart and the Nile River in Egypt.
Treasure has been found in many of these exact places.
