So What

So what
If my heart is crying out in pain
You might as well forget your tears
It'll only break again.

So what
If life is just a charade for fools
And the only rhyme is rules
The sport will only stain.

And every day I look upon
The emptiness of this car of flesh
And every time I see how I am
Trapped within such emptiness.

I cry for all my foolish tears
I shiver at all my shadowy fears
And I know that life is living death
And death is death of emptiness.

So what
If I live in lonliness and pain
Or even if my pleasures are complete
This place is full of pawns that play the game
We either die in glory - or live in defeat.
