Phebe Howe Ashley
Phebe was born Feb. 19, 1761 in Marlboro, Massachusetts.
She was the daughter of Nehemiah and Beulah Wheeler Howe.
She married Capt. William Ashley.
She had a daughter, Sardis, who married Alfred Ayers.
